We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and cozy. We sat by the fire (wood was provided) on the beach and watched the stars and made smores. The pool/hot tub area was great and we had fun going down the slide and felt like a kid again . Great location central to everything but far enough off the main drag to be very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer in the yard and took a nice kayak ride which felt nice on a hot October day. Definitely will return.
This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Wisconsin Dells - especially in the summer! Our kids love running out the beachfront patio doors early in the morning and spending all day hopping from pool to pool and playing in the sand. We use the grill and just beach it for a week. Simply the best! It's so quiet and family friendly. Highly recommend, especially with littles!
Love the location and the beautiful scenic view of the lake. Small pool but a quiet resort during the week. My kids love this place. It’s a great place if you want a quieter resort. We have stayed multiple times, the rooms are a little outdated but always clean when we have been. They also take pets which is a plus for us.
From the moment I called to ask for information the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Taylor, Michelle and Betty are all very professionals and polite. This place is located in a beautiful area and is extremely close to all the water parks and restaurants. We stayed in one of there Deluxe cabins and it was clean, inviting and accommodating. It even had a full kitchen supplies as far as plates, silverware and full appliances. All very clean and organized. The only reason I gave them a 4 on service is because they don’t have room service and when we got there One of the toilets handles was not working and the stove wasn’t working appropriately. I did go and made them aware and in 10 minutes the maintenance man came over to check it, but unfortunately during our 3 night stay it wasn’t fixed. But that didn’t take away from us having a good overall experience. Btw we had our dogs with us and the staff is very dog friendly.
We stayed here for a winter get away with my family. The indoor pool was nice! There are 2 small slides and a hot tub. Kids aged 3-14 all loved it. We had a 2 bedroom condo suite which was clean and spacious. Full kitchen has plenty of plates / utensils. Great value for the cost of the stay. My only complaint is the beds felt like sleeping on a board.
Had a great stay! Only real complaint was the beds but the other amenities were wonderful. Kevin's music by the fire was memorable for all of us. Had my 8 year old and 15 year old both smiling and enjoying themselves. Will return.
This resort was fantastic! We were under 10 minute drives to ANYTHING in the dells. On the strip or downtown. It was a great family atmosphere! I would say yes, the reviews of people saying the rooms are dated are semi true. They are not luxury resort rooms, but they are not rundown in any way! They are nice, comfortable, and spacious! And others who mention bugs.. the only bugs we noticed were our own fault for having our balcony door open youre on a lake, in the middle of the beauty of the Dells. Nature happens! Our family loved it, we just got home today and our daughter is already asking to go back! The staff!!!! Everyone we encountered were friendly, happy, outgoing...they interacted with our daughter every time they saw her. They worked hard to keep things neat and tidy in common areas. We will absolutely be back!
Pretty good resort hotel. The location is unbeatable. Hanging out at the beach after running around all day was awesome. It's away from all the craziness of the Dells so it feels very peaceful, but all the craziness is just a short drive away. The resort was quiet even though there were lots of families and what looked like a kids dance team staying there. We got the Jacuzzi suite and it was excellent. The tub was great, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the kitchenette and free chocolates. We didn't have much interaction with staff, but everyone we talked to was courteous and helpful. My only complaints are that the bedding is very minimal and the cable is awful. Bring a Roku and some pillows and blankets, and you'll be set.
